Delo d.d. is Slovenia's largest newspaper company that publishes Delo, the most prestigious Slovenian daily, Slovenske novice, the most widely read daily of Slovenia, and a whole range of periodical supplements and specialised editions. The Company also holds minority interests in several print and radio businesses.

In November 2008, Delo acquired an additional 59.25% stake in the rival newspaper publisher Vecer, increasing its holding in the Maribor-based company to 79.25%, subject to approval from the anti-trust authorities. Delo and Vecer control a 70% share of the daily newspaper market.
