Apart from magazines Ekspress leidyba provides custom publishing services. In 2006 the company also started publishing books, supported by its magazines brands. In a joint-venture with other publishing houses, Ekspress leidyba operates a print publications distribution company Medipresa.

The Company was formed in 2005 after the merger of three Lithuanian publishing companies – Moteris, Pieniu pieva and Tavo vaikas.
